Frostie Mandarin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Drain oranges; reserve juice.
    Add water to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add all liquid.
    Add sherbet by spoonfuls.
    Stir until melted.
    Chill 20 minutes or until thick.
    Fold in oranges, reserving a few for garnish.
    Pour into bowl or serving dishes.
    Chill until set.
    Garnish with oranges and/or mint leaves.
