Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops or pork steak
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 lb. cabbage, shredded
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in Crisco; remove.
    Add soup, milk and onion.
    Set aside.
    In 2-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, cabbage and soup mixture and a little flour, salt and
    pepper.
    Put pork chops or steak on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
