Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes
3 tsp. olive oil
1/4 lb. green beans, slightly cooked
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 c. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation

Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Boil until slightly fork-tender, but still firm. Arrange in baking dish; add oil. Cover with green beans and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mustard, salt and pepper. Top with cheeses and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and casserole is heated through.
