Easy Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely minced green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
    1 avocado, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. croutons
    1 oz. anchovies, chopped or less to taste
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients together in a jar. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Combine remaining ingredients at time of serving. Pour dressing over and toss well. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
