Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar dried beef or 1 lb. ground sausage
    white sauce (basic)
    8 to 10 scrambled eggs, cooked
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Arrange sausage or dried beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add white sauce on top of meat mixture.
    Next, add scrambled eggs (not quite done).
    Garnish with sliced tomato.
    Broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until tomato turns brown.
    Serve with biscuits.
    (A brunch in one dish.)
