Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. persimmon pulp
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. powdered nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    It takes 1/2 gallon persimmons to make 1 quart of pulp in colander.
    Add a little water to persimmons, makes them easier to puree.
    Mix ingredients, except margarine.
    Melt it in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until done.
