Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. condensed milk
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter (must be real butter)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve condensed milk in the cup of water.
    Add sugar and butter.
    Bring to a boil; add soda.
    Test by firm drops from spoon; add vanilla.
