Soy Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    juice 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    2 pork tenderloins (about 3/4 lb. each)
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Add tenderloins.
    They can marinate 5 minutes or overnight, depending on your schedule.
    In a small pan, or in the microwave, toast sesame seeds until light brown.
    Set aside.
    Use a baking sheet with shallow sides to roast the pork.
    Grease sheet lightly, then remove pork from soy sauce mixture and place on sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Pour remaining marinade over the tenderloin and continue baking another 5 minutes.
    Remove pork from oven, slice thin slices on the diagonal and place on platter.
    Pour the pan juices over the pork, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Suggestion:
    Serve with steamed rice and fresh asparagus.
