Coconut Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. stale bread cubes (coconut is best)
    3 eggs
    1 c. golden raisins
    2-3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. coconut rum
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and rum.
    Mix together bread and raisins and add to egg mixture.
    Bake in 8 x 8 greased pan at 325 degrees until done - 1 to 1-1/2 hours, until knife inserted comes out clean.
