Pasta Salad And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pasta shells, cooked and drained
    1 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. diced celery
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 medium orange
    1 avocado, diced
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Stir together the first 8 ingredients to serve.
    Toss avocado and banana with it.
    Pineapple juice may be added to prevent darkening.
    Add to salad along with dressing.
    Serve on a bed of torn lettuce or spinach leaves.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
