Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
-
Wash and drain scallops.
Melt margarine.
Toss scallops in melted margarine, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
Place in greased baking dish.
Drizzle wine over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
