Puffed Strawberry Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    5 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle the strawberries with 1 tablespoon of the sugar and the orange juice; set aside for half an hour.
    Beat the egg yolks for about 3 minutes while slowly adding the remaining sugar and the vanilla.
    They will be quite thick.
    Beat the whites with the salt until they stand in soft peaks.
    Fold them gently into the yolks.
