Don'T Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium fryer, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. long cooking rice, uncooked
    1 can water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine soups and water with rice and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Lay chicken parts on top of rice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle onion soup over top.
    Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Don't peek during the cooking period.
