Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. chopped artichoke (1 can)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. parmesan cheese
1 small chopped onion
16 oz. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cream above ingredients together.
Spread in pie plate.
Top with sprinkles of more parmesan cheese and some chives.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
