Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    16 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add grated cheese.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to the cheese in 3 additions.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Make straws with cookie press.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Carefully remove to cool.
