Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 c. rice, cooked in broth
1 small onion, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into
a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
