Real Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 large can tomato paste
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    3 tsp. sweet basil
    3 tsp. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 lb. pork neck bones or spareribs or beef stew meat, chicken, chicken livers and gizzards (pork meat is best)
    6 medium cans tomato sauce
    1 fifth Burgundy or Italian red wine
    3 stalks celery, diced
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 large onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery, garlic and onion.
    Put all ingredients in a large pot and simmer.
    We usually simmer this all day and plan to have spaghetti the next day.
