Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 green pepper
    2 or 3 large potatoes, cut in quarters
    5 carrots, cut in pieces
    3 onions, halved
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir all together to distribute tapioca. Cover and cook in 250\u00b0 oven at least 5 hours. May be cooked at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours. Do not peek!
