2 envelopes Dream Whip whipped topping mix
2 3/4 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla or coconut cream flavor instant pudding
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Preparation

Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup of the milk and the vanilla as directed on the package, using large mixing bowl.
Add remaining 1 3/4 cups milk and the pudding mix.
Blend, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in coconut. Spoon into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours.
