Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. grated cheese
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, diced
1 can jalapenos, diced
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, soda, salt and corn together.
Brown meat and drain.
Pour layer of cornbread mixture in a greased floured skillet.
Put on meat, cheese, onions and pepper.
Pour on rest of cornbread mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
