Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the soup, pepper and salt (to taste), milk and water.
    In casserole dish, spread 1 layer of potatoes.
    Put 1/2 of the soup mixture on top.
    Cut up 1/2 small onion over it.
    Repeat another layer. Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown or until the potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
