Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    3 3/4 c. 10x sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix potatoes with 3 1/2 cups of 10x sugar reserving the last 1/4 cup for rolling out dough mixture.
    Sprinkle the 1/4 cup sugar on a flat surface and roll mixture into a rectangular shape approximately 1/8 inch thick.
    Spread with peanut butter and roll width-wise to form a long snake.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate. Slice into pinwheel shape.
