Spaghetti With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 c. parsley, minced
3 cans (8 oz.) minced clams and liquid
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. flour
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onions
and mushrooms in margarine until tender.
Add garlic and parsley to soften.
Drain clams.
Add to mushrooms the liquid from 2 cans and retain liquid from third can.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
