Chilled Marinated Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Heinz apple cider
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
    2 c. cooked Success rice (white or brown without butter or salt, cooled to room temperature)
Preparation
    For Marinade:
    Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Add vegetables to marinade and toss to cover.
    Chill.
    Add rice and toss lightly to combine.
    Makes 8 servings.
