Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    2 doz. corn tortillas, cut into eighths
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and beef, drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients (except tortillas and cheese).
    Alternate layer of meat mixture and tortillas in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
