Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. pineapple, drained
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Mix rhubarb and pineapple together.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add to mixture; put into pie shell.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Dot on top of pie before putting on top pie crust.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Put pineapple in to drain while cutting up rhubarb.
