Chili(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes*
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Crumble ground beef into 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes until meat is almost cooked.
Pour off fat.
Break up meat into smaller pieces.
Stir in raw vegetables. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Microwave 5 minutes at High. Remove cover and stir.
Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power (medium) for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring at least once.
Serves 2 quarts.
