Easy Nut Or Poppy Seed Rolls(4 Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or oleo (lite can be used)
4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 cakes or pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Put yeast in bowl; add sugar, salt and water and let set. Make a well in the center and drop in egg yolk and yeast mixture. Using hands, mix thoroughly until dough leaves the sides of the bowl.
Place dough on lightly floured board and cut in 4 pieces. Let rest while you make your filling.
Roll out dough thin, about 15-inch circle; spread with filling and roll up as for jelly roll. Place on lightly greased pans (10 x 15-inch for two).
Brush tops with beaten egg whites and let rise for 25 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
