Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 medium onion
    2 to 3 celery stalks
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can pineapple rings
    3/4 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Brown chops, pepper, onion and celery.
    Add canned tomatoes and sauce along with rice and enough water to cook the rice.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the pineapple.
    The rings can be laid on top or chopped up and stirred in rice.
