Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-layer) white cake mix
    1 (4-serving size) Jell-O coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. water (with vanilla, increase water to 3/4 c., add 1 c. coconut to batter)
    1/3 c. Bacardi dark rum (80 proof)
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except coconut in large
    mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 2 prepared layer cake pans (9-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Do not underbake.
    Cool well.
