Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    5 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) bottle chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix onions, water and cumin in blender.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    Take one tablespoon of mixture and roll until it is 3 inches long.
    Roll in masa meal until evenly coated, then wrap tamales in paper which has been soaked in water.
