Baked Potatoes Elegante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 375\u00b0 oven for 70 to 80 minutes or until done. Cut slice from top of each.
    Scoop out insides and mash.
    Put empty potato skins aside for later.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter, onion salt and pepper.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Stir in chopped chives. Fill potato shells with mashed potatoes.
    Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or more until potatoes are heated through.
    Serves 5.
