Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    8 oz. Old English cheese (sharp), grated
Preparation
    Melt the butter and stir in the flour.
    Let cream sauce come to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Add cooked macaroni.
    Pour this mixture into a 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish.
    Make sure dish has been greased.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
