Appleless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/4 c. sugar
24 Town House crackers (58 if doubled)
Preparation

Bring to boil water, sugar and cream of tartar.
Drop in crackers.
Cook slow 10 minutes without stirring.
Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shells.
Dot with margarine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
