Raspberry Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. fresh spinach, rinsed and drained
    3/4 c. whole toasted pecans
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 c. fresh raspberries
Preparation
    In blender or with whisk, blend vinegar and jam.
    Add salad oil in a thin stream.
    Set aside.
    Mix spinach, half of nuts, half of raspberries and all of dressing.
    Top salad with remaining nuts, berries and kiwi fruit.
    Mix lightly before serving.
