Beef Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sliced onions
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of red pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Saute for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and place in crock-pot.
    Add ketchup, spices and water.
    Cook on low to medium heat, 8 to 12 hours. When ready, thicken with flour and water, if needed.
