Parmesan Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. garlic flavored croutons
    6 beaten eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Crush croutons.
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Add all ingredients together and shape into balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Store in plastic bag.
    To finish, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve or keep warm on a hot tray.
    Put a toothpick in the middle.
    Makes 4 dozen.
