Bacon And Tomato Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    2/3 c. chopped Canadian bacon
    1 tomato, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Bake or microwave until done.
    Halve potato and scoop out inside.
    Combine cooking oil, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
    With a pastry brush, brush the inside potato halves with oil mixture.
    Return to baking sheet.
    Sprinkle potatoes with bacon, tomato and green onion.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
