Creamy Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn
    1 c. boiling water
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour and butter to make roux.
    Cook in 3-quart pot until lightly browned.
    Add onion and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add rest of ingredients and bring to boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes until bubbly.
    Serves 6.
