Low-Fat Chicken Or Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Pet milk or buttermilk
    1 large egg
    McCormick Season-All salt, black pepper, garlic powder or red pepper
Preparation
    Mix Pet milk and egg in a bowl.
    Wash chicken or skin it.
    Dip chicken into bowl of mix.
    Shake salt, pepper and garlic on chicken.
    Roll into flour and shake off excess flour.
    Use glass dish or saucepan; bake at 450\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
