Beef Brisket #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. or larger brisket
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Put meat in heavy foil, fat side up.
Put mixture of remaining ingredients on meat.
Seal tightly.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
