Biscuits Or Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Cut flour, sugar and shortening until crumbly.
    Add yeast and milk; mix as for biscuits, using more flour if necessary.
    Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut.
    Place on greased pan and let sit 30 to 60 minutes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until browned.
