Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

8 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 2 1/2-quart covered casserole dish.
In casserole dish, layer potatoes, then sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper on each layer.
Dot each layer with butter. Omit the flour from the top layer and pour milk over all.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake until done for another 30 minutes.
