Carrot Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 lb. raw carrots
    1 c. sugar
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
Preparation
    Cook sliced carrots.
    Mix soup, butter, vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil.
    Pour over the carrots.
    Slice pepper and onion and add to the carrots.
    Mix and refrigerate overnight.
    Warm and serve.
