Coffee Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 7 lb. chuck roast
    1 pot brewed coffee
    2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
    Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Put roast in pan and season.
    Pour coffee into pan and cook for 20 minutes per pound of meat.
    Take roast out of pan; cool and save drippings.
    Add onion soup mix and thicken gravy.
    Slice meat on the diagonal and place in gravy. Heat to warm.
