Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and flour.
    Add the slightly beaten eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Dust top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes; reset oven to 350\u00b0 and finish baking for 25 to 30 minutes.
