Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red salmon
    1 (8 oz.) Philly cheese
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Drain and rinse salmon.
    Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate to blend flavors.
    Serve with crackers.
