Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. green onion, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil 6 large potatoes with peels intact.
    Peel potatoes; chill thoroughly.
    Grate.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and toss with potatoes.
    Add cheese, sour cream, green onion and salt.
    Marinate at least 6 hours.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
    Freezes well.
