Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 bananas
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Cook flour, milk, sugar and egg until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add oleo and mix well.
    Slice bananas and layer in 9 x 9-inch pan the pudding and bananas.
    Sprinkle nuts over top. Refrigerate.
