Congealed Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. hot water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 carton sour cream
    1/2 cucumber, minced fine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water and let cool completely.
    Beat in sour cream with beater.
    Add other ingredients; pour into mold and let congeal.
